I’ve tried the Z-Quiet Mouthpiece. I’ve tried another, more expensive version of the same. I’ve tried Breath-Right Nose Strips. I’ve even undergone “radiofrequency tongue reduction” therapy to the tune of several thousand dollars paid for by my health insurance. But neither the therapy or the products mentioned above made much if any difference in my snoring. The only thing that has worked, and worked well, is Theravent. My wife will attest to this, and, believe me, until Theravent came along she had taken to sleeping in our spare bedroom. Using Theravent takes some getting used to, but that “getting used to” period was considerably shortened and made easier with the “light” version of this product. I rarely endorse products, but, for me, this one definitely works, and so I have absolutely no reservations recommending it.
